The videos and graphics here come from the Library and stay in step with it by themselves, on every computer: the Starting Soon, intro and ad videos, the highlight reel and the sponsor graphics go straight into OBS.

Videos

Click Play to put a video on the show. Any other video, from the store or added here, plays full screen over whatever scene is live, with its sound, and comes off by itself when it ends. They are copied into the graphics folder and kept on this computer.

Full-screen graphics

Click a graphic to put it on screen in OBS over whatever scene is live; click it again to take it off. The Boise Dentistry and Idaho Urologic ads are always here; add any other graphic with the button or by putting its image in the Show Assets folder in Drive. They are saved with the episode.

Highlight reel

The newest reel made in the Library (or the one given the highlight reel role there). It goes into OBS by itself; Send to OBS puts it full screen on top of the Highlights scene: it plays from the start when that scene goes on air (or with Play above), covering the banner, and the cameras and banner come back when it ends.

Send to OBS adds it to the Highlights scene. The studio shows it while the reel plays or is paused and hides it when the reel ends, so keep the studio open and linked to OBS.

Boise Dentistry ad

Its own OBS scene you can cut to any time, or start with Play above. The ad plays once with its sound, then holds on its last frame until you cut back.

When it ends, go on to the next scene Mute everything else while the ad plays

Cuts OBS to the ad scene (just the video), then moves on to the scene below the one you were on: Topic 02, ad, Topic 03.

This computer

Send to OBS (top bar) saves the graphics to the folder below and builds the scenes in show order: Starting Soon, Cold Open, Topic 01, 02…, then Be Right Back and Ending. Each topic scene gets your Main scene's layers plus its banner. Topic scenes are reused each episode, so hotkeys keep working.

Show transition

Send to OBS uses a plain Cut while it rebuilds the scenes, then switches back to this. Go Live selects it too.

Shirts & Skins server

This computer

Episodes (rundown, graphics, tweets) are saved on the show's own server on Render, the same one that holds the Library. Saving them, and changing the Library, needs its password (the server's APP_PASSWORD), once per computer.

Starting Soon video

Plays on the Starting Soon scene instead of the countdown card. Pick it once; OBS keeps it.

Loop it if the show starts late

Intro video

Silent. Its own Intro scene starts by itself when the Starting Soon video ends (when it isn't looping), and Topic 01 follows when the intro ends. Pick it once; OBS keeps it.

YouTube

YouTube channel YouTube API key

The channel is used by Find this week's stream on the Comments tab. The key is built in; enter one here only to override it on this computer.
